Yoga Teacher
Jana has been teaching at the studio since 2019. Having completed her training in North India in 2015, she has infused the Sivananda sequence of yoga into dynamic flows that leave you feeling embodied.
It is her passion to teach classes that facilitate a deep connection to oneself through inviting you to move and breathe with intention and presence.
As a teacher, Jana loves to witness and support the transformation of her student’s yoga practice. She approaches yoga herself as an act of love, discipline, joy and celebration of being in the body.
